We confirm the exact update, materials, payment terms and delivery date in writing. No surprise extra work.
Make the change.
I'll check the agreed change on desktop and mobile, share it for review and make one scoped revision.
What is included
One approved update on one page or one shared site section. Implementation, desktop and mobile checks, and one consolidated revision to that update.
The total work must fit within two hours, including testing and revision. We agree what can be done before starting. Extra work needs a separate quote and your approval.
What is separate
Full redesigns, new pages, store or membership changes, custom integrations, domain migrations, malware removal, server repairs, account recovery and extensive copywriting.
No promise of extra sales, search rankings or a site-wide technical audit. Third-party subscriptions and platform fees are not included.
Before we start
Can you update any website?
Not every platform or task fits this service. I'll review your setup and access first. If it needs specialist work or more than the agreed scope, I'll tell you before accepting payment.
How soon can it be done?
We agree on a delivery date after review. A small approved update may be ready within one to two business days after payment arrangements, access and materials are in place. Same-day completion is not guaranteed.
How do I give you access?
Use a collaborator invitation or a separate, limited-access account where the platform supports it. Do not email passwords. We'll confirm a backup or restore path before making changes to the live site.
What if I need a new website instead?
The separate $499 introductory package covers a custom one-page website. See the website package or send me a note about your business.
What needs changing?
